Can anyone help to identify this Scamp figurine from "Lady & The Tramp" ?

He stand at about 6 inches high and is marked on the base "Fantasia" in blue and with a circular "Walt Disney Productions". He may be a Zaccagnini or may have been made by another company in Spain. Mysterious and cute!
